Sun Capricorn, Moon Virgo, and AC Libra definitely fitting for my life right now as I juggle multiple things and try to get my health back on track. Balance is definitely going to be key. Also changing my mindset on lifestyle changes will be important as I try to make the leap from dependence on disability income to a career. Am bound and determined to make this huge jump! Now just to stay focused and pray for the strength of my body to hold up.

Oh, that fits, as usual.

I feel restless, as if there's something more I can do and should be doing. If I could pin one word on what holds me back, it's "fear". I don't know if it's fear of failing-or of succeeding beyond my hope.

What helps is a steady diet of positive people, not negative. In fact, I need a much better job at filling myself up, not tearing me down.

I'm already emotionally exhausted and the week isn't even here yet. It's definitely a spiritual thing and I'd realized that just today.

OK, this is spot on for me, as I have a hastily planned business trip coming this week, and then trying to get in line for other trips in June. Lots of work to do before going, getting everything organized and completed, and trying to cover my work while I am gone, plus make sure that all ducks are in a row correctly with my employees before flying out on Thursday.

Add to that, my darling is home for a couple of days, so my attention is... distracted a bit, shall we say!

Signed up again this year! I think that says something right there about this group. The courses alone are worth the membership. I have so much going on in my life and in my business, and such VERY huge and difficult and painful decisions to make that have to be made. This is very interesting. I recently have been asked to go into the classroom at work, to teach soft skills at high speed (how I describe my technique) to our trainees, to sit with them for coaching purposes as they begin to take calls, and to allow them to sit with me. In the past, I would have turned all of this down flat.

Something is shifting in my personality as of late, and I am very excited about this opportunity. In the past few months, I have had trainees sitting with me while I take calls, and while they were there to learn from me, I found myself learning something from them too. They come out of the classroom with a fresh perspective, which is something that is, at times, hard to come by, for a seasoned customer service rep who has been taking customer calls for the past 25 years (going on 5 years with this company).

Last year, I left a really lucrative job for new adventures and I've not really found my "niche" here just yet. It has left me feeling really out of sorts.
