Low: Hearing from a doctor - another of her various specialists - that she needs to go back on steroids.:(

Ok, neither numbers are great, but just the fact that you posted this as a HIGH/LOW kinda cracked me up.

High - Baking a cake before going to bed this morning.

Low - Coming in to work with a kid coding, then her grandma passing out in the lobby and having to run help with that stat situation, then the mom almost falling out because of what's happened to her child and mother within minutes. (((To their family)))

One is half Dobie and half Lab and the other is a Heinz 57 that is supposed to include Shar Pei (don't see it) and terrier (I see it a little bit) and maybe Shiba Inu (I may be spelling that wrong, but I do see that in her).

The little one wiggles down into the covers like a badger and curls up against my lower back while the larger one pretty much uses the entire length of my leg as a body pillow. :)

Today is the first day in a week I dont feel as drained as a rung out dishrag- and I was able to get a couple of simple things done- like getting dinner in the crockpot.
