Butch-femme gathering in Minneapolis October 22 to 24.

All are invited.

We are in the planning stages. So far:

Friday we will have a meet and greet downtown--details to follow.

Saturday brunch then whatever you want to do: swimming, Mall of America, site seeing.

Saturday evening, Party at hot-not's house including horseshoes, karaoke, dancing, Chef Jenn is cooking.

and it has turned into a wonderful little gathering of butches/bois/trans and femmes from all over US and even Canada.

Since people will be staying in a few different hotels, we thought it might be fun to have the meet and greet on a party bus Friday night. I am looking into the cost but we were thinking if everyone brought their own beverages and snacks (the bus can stop at the liquor store) and paid 20 to 25 we could get to know each other on the bus and we could hit a few of the twin cities bars.

The plans are still developing so let me know what you think.

Ok so I can get a bus for 4 hours for $500 plus tip for Friday nights meet and greet. I thought I would have bus start at 8:30 and go until 12:30--if people want to stay out later then 12:30 they can always take cabs home. I will ask everyone to pay $20 to $25 depending on how many are on the bus. Everyone staying in a hotel will be picked up at their hotel and those of us living in the area can meet at my house. The bus can seat 30 comfortably and allows 45 people so there will be plenty of room if we grow bigger then we are so far. I will also provide some food but not a full meal and everyone bring their own beverage; for those traveling we can stop at a liquor store. Please bring cash for bus; we cannot use credit cards or checks for the bus and we have to pay when we get on.

Can people please pipe in if they are in or out; I have to order the bus soon.

Minneapolis Mini Bash Schedule

Friday Evening:

We are having the Meet and Greet on the party bus!!

Party Bus starts at 8:30pm and over at 12:30am (meaning everyone dropped off; if you want to stay at bar—cabs).

Bring your own beverages (alcohol welcome!!) and some snacks if you have them; I will bring a cooler with cheese, meat, crackers, veggies and dip. I will also bring a cooler full of ice.

The bus will drive around the city showing off highlights and then head over to St. Paul to a couple queer bars; you are welcome to stay and drink, eat, visit, dance on the bus or head into the bar for a game of pool, dancing…

$25.00 per person, bring cash, no checks or credit cards accepted; if you need to get beverages we can have bus stop at liquor store.

The bus will start at my house at 8:30 pm, next stop Comfort Inn.
Please pm me if you would like to be picked up at another location.
If you want to meet at my house pm me for my address.

Saturday During the day:

Arcade at Mall of America—SunnyBoi I am putting you in charge of organizing this.

Pwr said she would like to host swimming at the Comfort Inn so please connect with Pwr.

There is also shopping at the Mall; I am planning to wear a cocktail dress at my party for first half of the night then changing into jeans; the Mall has great dress and shoe options.

Saturday evening 7pm:

Party at April/hot-not’s house; please pm me for my address and phone number.

Chef Jenn will be bringing soup and making appetizers.
I will have beer, a variety of wine, and a variety of drink options.
Horse shoes; tournament if enough interest (I will have a prize just in case)
Fire outside
Karaoke in back porch
Bar, music, and dancing inside
Drinking games (beer pong, tippy cup, body shots)
Quiet place to chat in front porch
