Thanks for the welcome. I came up here with my former job and loved it up here, so I came back within a few months. I love it up here and while this will always be home, I probably won't be up here forever. I wil definitely be participating in more threads. Hope to see you there!

Actually, folks; Im more in the country here than when I am down south. My town has 1 red light and 1 grocery store. My road here has NEVER had cable and the electric company reads my meter every 2 months because they cant get to all the meters in the winter. I have two choices for internet-dial up or satelite which is just as slow!
BUT! My next door neighbor is a field of cows; I dont lock my doors at night-during the summer they are wide open 24/7; and my cars can stay unlocked with the keys in them without worrying about them being stolen.
We have the most beautiful scenery and colors of the leaves changing. This is truly God's country.
