Help Me Create a Cocktail!

I need to come up with a cocktail for a thanksgiving gathering, tomorrow.

It has to be appropriate to be served to a group, and I don't want it to cost a lot or be difficult to make.

I know some of y'all love to concoct, so give me your best recipes!

I like a nice rum punch with pineapple and orange juice, a little triple sec and some coconut something. Garnished with maraschino cherries.

Or, a nice sangria. Cheap red wine and lots of fruit floating in it. FESTIVE!

hot chocolate , with some butter scotch schnabbs.. top with whip cream or mini marshmellows... great stress releaser

Take six cups of apple cider, 2 cups cranberry/raspberry cocktail, one bottle of champagne or sparkling wine and half a cup of lemon juice.

Now I want one!

Malibu Party Punch...

3 Quarts Cranberry-Raspberry Juice, 1.75 l. Malibu Coconut Rum, 3 l. Club Soda, 36 oz. Lime Juice.

Mix in punch bowl and add ice.


Malibu Passionate Squeeze Punch...

1.75 l. Malibu Coconut Rum, 3 Quarts Lemonade,
- 1.75 l. Malibu Coconut Rum
- 3 Quarts Lemonade

Mix in punch bowl - add ice.

Malibu Mimosa Punch

.75 l. Malibu Coconut Rum, 1 l. Champagne, 2 Quarts Orange Juice,
- 1.75 l. Malibu Coconut Rum
- 1 l. Champagne
- 2 Quarts Orange Juice


Mix in punch bowl and add ice.

i imagine we can all see where it gets its name... but... i have to say... it is a whole lot tastier than it sounds...

if i remember correctly it could well be called HURL punch too...

Something with cranberry juice would be a good theme drink. :thanksgiving:
Spiked Cold Cranberry Punch for 20

* 1 quart cranberry juice
* 16 ounces pineapple juice
* 1 cup orange juice
* ½ cup lemon juice
* 1 cup bourbon
* 1 cup rum
* 2 quarts chilled ginger ale

Combine all ingredients except ginger ale, chill. Add ginger ale into bowl to serve.

sis made some really good pomagranit margeritas last year..

i like hot coco with a lil pepermint snapps on a chilly eve.

I like cranberry and vodka.. only i switch it up a little and use grape cranberry with manderine orange vodka

I like Juney's punch idea! We used to do one that was similar with Malibu rum, Southern Comfort, Orange Juice, Sprite and a splash of grenadine. YUMMMMM-MEEEEEEE!
