Hi...

I just wanted to introduce myself. I am a VERY shy southern femme trapped in the bitter cold north :). i am usually pretty quiet but eternally happy and always willing to chat so if you want to know something just ask.

I am 37 and about a 1 year out of a 15 year relationship. So, just hoping to hang out, meet lots of nice people, make some friends and follow the journey wherever it leads :)

I understand how it can feel coming back into the world. My 20 years with someone ended and I had to relearn bachelorhood. I am still getting pink t-shirts in my laundry, and learning my way around the kitchen.

Tommi, Thank you for the encouragement! Settling into being single is a whole new game for sure but it's nice to realize I am very capable of taking care of things...well, except for maybe all the crooked pictures I just hung and I never did figure out how to use that drill thingy so I could put the new bookshelf together HA! so, guess I still have a ways to go :) By the way, I hear pink guys wear is becoming vogue so you maybe onto something with that laundry of yours :)

I'm with you I do not like winter one bit!!!! If it's below 70 I'm miserable. I'm a one season person, SUMMER. Maybe 2 I like spring.
