Gloria Sanchez, local comedienne and artist, is presenting two one-woman short plays in response to inspirational visual art at the McNay Art Museum.

Untitled [or whatever you call it this time] is commissioned by the McNay Art Museum as a response to Sandy Skoglund's photograph Gathering Paradise.

Prozac and Cheez Doodles is commissioned by the McNay Art Museum for the exhibitions New Image Sculpture and Sandy Skoglund: The Cocktail Party, on view through May 8.

April 15 through May 15. Fridays and Saturdays at 8:00 PM and Sundays at 2:30 PM.

Good morning. Looks like there are only 2 of in SA?!! I am not a resident, I am visiting family in East Texas right now, but when I go to SA there is a Mexican restaurant and Panaderia downtown....For the life of me, I can't remember the name. It is in the Farmer's Market area..I can picture it...Crossing the street from the parking garage....on the right hand side....Dang, that is gonna bug me all day long!

I will only be there that day and night, so I will be heading back to Dallas on Monday morning. But I would like an opportunity to meet with folks for dinner or something of that nature. I always stay in the NW area by the Medical Center, since that's why I am traveling here. If yall are interested in getting together let me know!

I've been here in S.A. for 3 weeks now, I absolutely love it! I think I finally got a job at Best Buy Mobile, and we floated the Guadalupe yesterday... this was a very good move... love it here

I have been here 10 months now, I still love it, but it killed my relationship, I moved here to be with My lady... and it just didn't work out. We both relocated here, together, a few months apart however. But, I love the city, I freaking love My job... now I just gotta find a new place to live. Hopefully in the Selma/Cibolo/Universal City area, to be near work. Maybe meet some new friends here, we didn't spend much time at all going out, and when we did, it was with family.

Ms Cricket26 and I are going to be visiting SA the 24th of Ma . We should be there around 2 pm and was wondering if we maybe able yo plan a late lunch or early dinner with some of the local bfp crowd. If not that maybe a Sunday morning breakfast before we head back to dallas.

We ate attending an event that evening so we need to plan it to be dine by 6 pm so we can travel to the event.
