Any beef, pork, or chicken we eat is cooked on the grill. The best we've had so far was beef tri-tip.

I do the grillin', but my wife does the marinating; I give her credit for the yumminess of it all!!

Last time I grilled was last Wednesday, grilled a pork loin.
Before that on Mother's Day I grilled some filet mignon's for my Mama and Daddy and ribeyes for the rest of us.

More than likely at our house, you'll find nice thick ribeyes on the grill. Sometimes it's hamburgers and hotdogs, maybe some polish sausage. Mmm, or zesty italian chicken. Or some bbq...*drooling only slightly*

I am the griller of the house...and we usually do it at night as we both sleep days...(Which is why I use a gas grill..I don't have to watch it as closely as I would charcoal!)

BBq'd yesterday, chicken and corn (in husk) on the cob.
Need a new caster for the grill, it's old and fell off mid grillin', which was fun as no one heard me banging on the stairs to come help...:|

Tonight will be some grilled veggie kabobs for me and a steak for hym by my grill master....I tried using that thing once and nearly burned my hair off. Needless to say I will leave the grilling to the professionals.

The talapia came out very tasty, I also added some sliced red potatoes, and threw some creamed spinach in some nonstick foil and put it on the grill. It came out better than I imagined.... Salmon tomorrow, maybe

At the moment...Montreal pepper seasoned filet mignon, butterflied with seasoning inside as well, to go with crispy spice fries and flaky rolls with cinnamon honey butter and a fresh salad. :)

I have to go get a disposable drip pan, but intend to put a chicken on the grill
I'll be doing the beer can method, but with pop because R can't have alcohol due to her chemo
Haven't decided what to rub on it yet
In a quandary, I am

Grilled Lemon Pepper Haddock
Green Beans with Slivered Almonds
Sliced Potatoes and Onions with Bacon

Who says that a grill cannot serve really good meals? It does not have to be quick food. *Smile.

I grilled pork chops St. Louis style for dinner, and while I had the grill fired up, I barbequed some chicken for later this week, white and dark meat!

Cactus wrens...

Nope, not gonna eat them, but I have one of those Lil Smokie Weber grills, and the top was left ajar a few months ago, so a pair of cactus wrens moved in and made a nest. They've fledged one little one, but they've built their second nest right next to the first one in the grill, and I just can't bear to disturb them. I can't even take pictures because Mama Wren gets really MAD when I try.

So no grilling for me until after the next clutch fledges...

My first attempt at making shish kabobs, and they came out ok, but I had a few "back-up" rib eyes just in case no one ate the kabobs...

I just did tilapia on the grill for the first time last week. It was great! Lately I have been grilling a lot of pineapple "steaks" and a vegetarian sausage that's really pretty good called "Field Roast". Ever try peaches on the grill? Grilled and served with vanilla ice cream for dessert. Yum.

It WOULD have been Mare's famous half pound burger, but the sky looks like it going to open up and let loose.

:(

... and I was so looking forward to the yumminess.

One of my favorites on the grill.....

take a fig, stuff it with goat cheese, wrap it in prosciutto and grill
when it is done, drizzle with a tiny bit of honey
