I quit with the help of the three step Nicoderm patches and the quitnet website. I was sick of having cigarettes control my life.

Smooth, congratulations to you. I have been 100% off cigs for a few years now. I hope to never pick one up again, even when I am having the occassional night out dancing, socializing. Thanks for sharing your big anniversay and how you did it with all of us here.

As of two days ago, I am officially 10 years smoke-free!
