Just introducing myself...

Hi!

Thought I would take a moment to formally introduce myself on the board. For now, I'll just go by "Sea". I chose this as my screen name because of my love for the sea and all things sea related. Plus, I think it makes a pretty and unique name. I'm new to the community, but very excited to be here. I first read about the Reunion (which I will be attending:clap:) from a local organization's website and came on over to see what the Planet is all about.

I am eager to meet and make new (hopefully lifelong) friends. I am also hoping to learn more about the community as a whole.

I've been asked several times if I'm from the Midwest. Apparently, I don't always sound like I'm from the South. Accents are interesting, though. Always enjoy hearing different ones.

I love going to the beach, but not one for baking in the sun anymore. I just love the water, like you said, anywhere. Went to Boston in March years ago, and I was determined to make it out to Cape Cod. And I did. About froze, lol. I just had to see the ocean, though.
