Happy Coming Out Day! I still have not told my grandparents I am gay... Lol so I am like 99% out.... Maybe I can tell them today and make it official! Or, maybe not lol!

Anyways, Happy Coming Out Day, everyone! Let's not forget how special and amazing we all are!

Up until today, the only people in my family that knew I'm a lesbian were my parents. Well thanks to the Human Rights Campaign, I donated my Facebook status as "lesbian" for the rest of my Facebook family to see. Now I know this is going to cause a rash of shit between me and my dad :phonegab: but hey, it's National Coming Out Day! It feels so good to finally be out of the closet to everyone! As if they didn't already know, I think...

The day I finally totally came out was one of the most amazing days ever! (even with the negative bs from some of my family) I came out loud and proud. Of course being a 5'10" bbw made it even louder lol I hope one day everyone can be out and not have to hide. It really sucked when I had to.

When I came out years ago, it went down like a lead balloon with the Scottish side of the family. Some on my Maori side weren't too chuffed, either! LOL! My English cousin offers to get my coat whenever I get chatted up by a woman, Then asks if I got her phone number, lol!
