I really like waking up and making her coffee every morning.

I really like hearing the waterfall outside our bedroom window.

I really like how she snuggles tightly around me when I get on the computer in the morning and she is still sleeping.

I really like that our landlord came to us and asked us if we wanted to move in together so he could then rent out her apartment.

I really like falling asleep and waking up in her arms every night.

I really like having friends I can call at a moments notice.

I really like that this term is almost done and I will have a winter break during the holidays.

I really like BFP and how friendly and relaxed it is here.

I really like the way Myron's new (and bigger) frog house is coming along. I've been working on it all day today. :thumbsup:

I bought a fogger today that gives a totally cool effect and helps to boost the humidity level in his house (a arboreal terrarium). I also found a couple of magnetic "rock" ledges that attach to the sides/walls of the house with strong magnets. He'll love basking on those under his daytime lights.

The second big Christmas present little Myron will be getting is going to be a new little froggy buddy. I found a little jade-colored fellow (I intend to name "Ivan") who is just a mite smaller than Myron (Myron is a baby White's Blue Tree Frog). Everyone needs a little company, and this little new guy will bring a little extra love, companionship and friendship into little Myron's life. :heartbeat::frog:

(Like I don't smother him enough with love and cool toys). :awww:

Jeesh, Myron has to be the *most* spoiled little frog that ever was!!! :gimmehug::frog::heartbeat:

Theo,

I have dozens upons dozens that I saved from a warehouse that was being built on a cornfield. I brought buckets filled with them home, and released them into the habitat behind my house. So, I do know frogs. In the summer, I will have neighbors who will call me over if they run a frog over accidentally, and hit a leg or have one in their basement that needs to be caught. I get them, and release them back to nature.

Now, I am searching for a frog house. I had 3, but from the weather, they have cracked, chipped, and I ended up throwing them away. Where did you find yours? And do you keep your baby in or out?

Namaste,
Andrew & the :frog::frog::frog::frog::frog::frog:

I really liked driving my Van/RV to dance class tonight because it has a bathroom. The place where the classes are held is a huge community dance complex and although, I take queer partner dancing classes, there are hundreds of people there at any given time in straight classes.

There are many senior citizins that attend classes and every damn time I use the bathroom there, I get the usual weird looks and remarks and.. well you all know what I am talking about from all of the older women in the women's bathroom. Tonight, I realized I had the van and I could just go use my own damn bathroom!

What was really funny is that a couple of other butches realized I could do this and asked me if they could go use it too!!! Totally cracked-up! But, oh, so understood! You bet I let them use it!!

Now, the dilemma is that I usually take public transportaion to the classes as this thing is a bitch to park and really not something one wants to drive around for the hell of it.... But, oh, it felt so damn good to have an alternative! Old ladies have run out of the bathrooms there screaming about a man in the bathroom, before!!! Not talking about glances or stares, here....

I think they should make one set of bathrooms for the senior citizen group only!!!

During times of great duress and hardship that makes having courage harder for me, I have made some incredible connections with truly warm, generous, kind friends. These connections really touch me and have brought me such comfort and confidence!!

Some of these friends have reached out to me; others have, in turn, offered me sincere support, compassion and no-expectations understanding of my emotional boundaries and physical limitations. For the first time, I feel as if they've "got my back". I didn't know how good that could feel because it was always me giving that kind of support, but not receiving it.

I've been blessed with meeting a few of my new friends in person, during the grief of my father's passing, and hope to meet others in the near future. Christie, Jess, Sachita...and a few others... I was *kinda* near your area after the funeral, but I'm sorry I didn't have an opportunity to let you know and set up a get-together. Maybe next time under more happy circumstances? Gemmie, Odarlin...and a few others ;) ;) ... since you live so far away... I hope to meet you at the Reunion! HOPEFULLY, but on unemployment, I'm not sure? (I've left a few names off my list here, because some people don't like being called out... but I'm NOT forgetting you, I PROMISE!!)

I really like that Our AMAZING BFP Community and how I am treated here has helped me slowly get over my "wall flower" hang-ups and has made me feel comfortable & welcome here.

I really like connecting with some INCREDIBLE, UNIQUE individuals that bless my life and offer me such compassionate, kind, sincere friendship!!

As I've mentioned before, I have no or limited access to Community here... and I HATE going to bars to socialize. Maybe I feel this way because I didn't know what kind of RT support groups, Action Groups, or safe social groups to look for? My interaction here has helped with that as well... and I'd really like to find some RT activities that offer the same support system and opportunity to meet more AMAZING people.

I am so happy that I did not leave this site when I was told on numerous occasions, and if it wasn't told directly... it had been stongly implied, that I didn't belong.

I really like that Medusa dedicated special time out of her busy busy CRAZY day to help me out with a few things. YOU ROCK!!

MUCH LOVE AND TLC!!!
Sweet

Warm coco on a chilly night siting by the fire place.

Feeling a womans hair run through my fingers as I brush it till it's so soft.

Just being lazy now and then.

I had really, really long hair until I entered school and my mom used to brush and brush it and I loved it. The feeling of the boar's bristles on my scalp was exquisite. She brushed hard enough to get to the base of the hair but light enough that I'd get tingles all over my scalp, neck and back. Man, I miss that. *smile*

Thanks for the memory, Rockin.

I really like how old my new old home is and how familiar it all feels to me

I adore the charm of the worn places on the kitchen counter where the mother prepared meals and boxed lunches

I LOVE the warmth of the house in its furnace and its decor

I really really like the old claw foot tub and how simple the bath fixtures are

I likey the way my old newfoundland has already found her spot in front of the antique heat grate. She loved the feel of the warm air wooshing into her like a soft warm air massage

I like my new old home...

I *really* like that, as though magic and since I don't know how it works I believe it IS magic, I got one more of those green boxes next to the 'rep' thing this morning....I dream of them...I want them, and then I want more of them...I look with envy how many of them (the green boxes) people have....
I Still am unsure how they appear....someone said to 'thank' posts furiously and more will appear....I just can't bring myself to do that since it feels like I won't be playing fair, and if I'm not really impacted by what someone posts then I feel like I should keep my fingers to myself...so, since I am circumspect with that function, I don't know how I get the green boxes I so lust for?...I am always thrilled to see one more show up...yesterday, however, I came to accept I am never going to have them in the abundance which many have...I am once again in the back of the station wagon, sitting in the jump seat, facing backwards...what can I say?? ;>

* Seeing the sun rise every morning

* The snoring pet

* My crisis hotline

* Good coffee

* Laughter until my stomach hurts.

* Amazing friends.

* Heels that are so comfortable that my feet are not screaming by the time work ends.

A good 10 minutes belly laugh(s) can burn off enough calories for a Hershey Kiss. While I don't care for that particular treat, I really like that laughter is more than just fun and fluffy.

I lived with a chef classically trained in pastry arts. This is so true. Of course, it came with a price (40 pounds worth). But it was soooo good while I was eating it. :)
