Advancing in a tournament

I'm in the Bubble Shooter tournament, however, the line from the 1/4 final box to the semi-final box is not connected. Is there a way to fix this or do I have to acquiesce defeat to my friend..."laughing". Let me know...thank you.

Hi Linus.. it is doing it again.. this problem seems to primarily happen on the bubble shooter game.. not so much on any of the others.. but almost consistently on this one.. just a heads up..
