I am in a fantastic mood, it seems. I had a long but amazing day at work and now I am going to sit back to enjoy my evening while I cook and work on some project things.

Strangely enough I feel relaxed tonight getting back into productive mode.

I hope I can have another night like the one I had last evening. I peacefully floated into a deep sleep and woke up smiling and bursting with fluttering energy.

Hello everyone and good evening. I haven't been feeling too well today, slept most of the day away. I am hurting all over, I think this weather snap we are having is wreaking havoc on my body parts. They hurt all over damn aching crap, I hate this. But I have gotten some rest today here and there. I hope everyone else is having a great Monday and a great start for your week. My neighbor is cooking dinner for both of us. I had a small amount of ribs and she's cooking them BBQ style in the oven. I'm hungry now and can't wait to eat. YUMMMY ! We kinda both help one another out at the end of the month when we are low on food and no money. I kinda like being cooked for sometimes, it doesn't happen that often. LOL
I just hope my stomach knots go away, been there all damn day along with deep muscle and bone aches. Freaking weather changing from warm to freezing cold is nutty and needs to Stop it. LOL
Not much going on here, just thought I would pop in and say hello. Chat will be open soon I am sure, they are working hard to get it up and running. Everyone hang in there. I know when it's finally opened there's gonna be a flood of folks going in there. More like a Stampede. lmao

I've always gone where the wind takes me- it has always been my pull, and i rarely deny it.


I don't know how many people know that I am Pagan, I try not to be a cauldron thumper. But lately I have been feeling a massive pull on my Goddess side.

An urge to take walks in the moonlight. An urge to open myself to something I know not for something I know not. A message maybe or a healing.

About a week ago I was in the ER, long complicated story. I love doctors who are on the ball!

Since then I have been feel extremely out of sorts. Long and the short of it is that.. are there any other witches feeling a pull? or is it just me?

I know this isn't a religious kind of thread, but many of you I consider good friends. I just need to unload I suppose.. thanks for listening.

Oh yeah, it's colder than a witches..... outside here too and the wind is blowing enormously high this week so far. I wish it were Spring already lol.

ok so I wish i was somewhere where it snows. instead of being down in florida where there is a green cloud looming over EVERTHING... what is the green cloud you all may ask ... It is pollen, and it is EVERYWHERE and its turning everything green. my pretty red car is green along with the blue mini van. It does no good to wash them cause the pollen is not going anywhere . we are in for a rough allergy season.

well I will be doing some housekeeping and stuff and listening to music..and continuing my job search. That's what i will be doing.

High Winds in my area as well, i understand high winds to be all over the country this week. Makes me want to stay cuddled up in a blankie that is for sure.

I am fortunate though, i am not knee deep in any snow....

We have been going back and forth for a week with the new chat solution and I just sent a very stern email to them about their piss poor customer service on helping us get the issue resolved.

It appears to me that it might be best to reload the old chat solution for the time being until we figure out if the new company is going to be a good thing. I tend to get pissed off when Im trying to spend almost $500 a year for a product and they can't bother to answer many emails. Needless to say, doesn't bode well for what their customer service would be like under a new platform.

In the meantime, I wanted to say I appreciate the folks who have been patient and understanding about this issue rather than making shitty comments about how long it's taking.

Linus and I both work full time jobs (that often entails WAY more than 50 hours per week) and do not receive any income from the Planet. We are working for free for this community and have to do that on our personal time in addition to our real time jobs and families. That is sometimes inconvenient for both us and for you and we do appreciate your understanding as we work out the kinks.

I feel the same way about the chat delay. The forums have been a lot of fun and while I've been posting on them for awhile, I got to see them a little differently this past week.

Although I am one of those who migrated to this site for the sake of chat and have been anxious for restoration of the chat room, I've come to find over the last week that the forums have been both entertaining and interesting. So in a way, the delay of the new chat room has benefitted me greatly. I'm sure there must be others who feel this way too.

My message? I appreciate all the effort you and others have made to provide this civil venue for us communicate about things that matter to us, as well as things that amuse us.

Hey Folks-

I just wanted to give an update on the chat room situation.

We have been going back and forth for a week with the new chat solution and I just sent a very stern email to them about their piss poor customer service on helping us get the issue resolved.

It appears to me that it might be best to reload the old chat solution for the time being until we figure out if the new company is going to be a good thing. I tend to get pissed off when Im trying to spend almost $500 a year for a product and they can't bother to answer many emails. Needless to say, doesn't bode well for what their customer service would be like under a new platform.

In the meantime, I wanted to say I appreciate the folks who have been patient and understanding about this issue rather than making shitty comments about how long it's taking.

Linus and I both work full time jobs (that often entails WAY more than 50 hours per week) and do not receive any income from the Planet. We are working for free for this community and have to do that on our personal time in addition to our real time jobs and families. That is sometimes inconvenient for both us and for you and we do appreciate your understanding as we work out the kinks.

I can't even begin to imagine the types of things you have to take into consideration to get your shop up and running mobile. I hope everything comes along well. I'm o.k darlin' :) I'm sorry, I've not been too much on lately. My normal Sunday off was actually spent at work, and Monday was just wretched because of the high winds we had down this way. - grrr- It forced us to stay late at work :( Didn't get home til around 845pm. I will say this though, those extra 2 hours they made us stay (day shift is already there for 11 hours on a normal day) cracked me up. We were as loopy, as loopy can be.--- As far as doing stuff around the house..... I havent done jack didly, really. I'm going with a friend tomorrow to sign paperwork for the apartment, and thats when i'll know what i'm moving into. Its been a big toss up between 1 or 2 bedroom. I've lost out on alot of travelling these past 4 years and I'd really like to catch up on it. So my delimma is 1 bedroom, travel more but less space, or 2 bedroom- still travel but not as much and have room for company and NOT have to sell all my stuff cause it wont fit in the 1 bedroonm. Basically, it's going to boil down to "what do you have that has hardwood floors". Once I know, then i can either sell everything (cause it'll be a 1 bedroom) or box everything up and have a small garage sale. Hardwood floors needed cause of Daphne, she's special needsish. I probably wont be moving until the last week of March. I'm hoping to get everything moved out, so that the house will be completely empty so I can paint it all back to boring beige. Bleh. I really wanted to take a trip out to livingston,tx tomorrow but unfortunaly "where are you going to live" seems to take precedent. I haven't heard from an ex/friend in a while and it bothers me. He would never go this long without talking to me, and his number changed. So I wanted to drive out there and see his mom and make sure everything was o.k. And maybe hit up Nadeest and get lunch. mmmm... that mediteranean place was so flipping good.. nom nom. (I'm off tomorrow... hence my aversion from sleeping) Tho, I believe i'll be passed out by midnight. Hey, have you ever gone to the Munster Mansion outside Waco? Yeah, I'm better with the icky sicky, it's just my bones that ache all over now because of this freaking cold storm that blew in. I've had wind speeds up to 60mph here, it's freaking crazy, blew off a ton of shingles, and speaking of that, I gotta call mom to make sure her house hasn't lost any otherwise i gotta go on the roof there and replace shingles when the winds die off. I'm not doing nuttin around here, dead as door nail. Just taking it easy and watching crap on tv being bored outta my mind.

Yall must have more patience then I do! I work in the IT industry for work and trust me if something doesn't get fixed and I usually give them about a week max to get the ball rolling. SWEEEEEEEEET !!!!.. it's awesome to have something good happen at the end of the month when the beginning so totally sucked.. i've also been given a glimpse of the Wisdom and Love of the Great Mother and how She balances the negative/positive..for 2.5 years i had a post in downtown PDX i just loathed.. i hated going to work and it colored every other aspect of my life... at the beginning of December i was assaulted while on patrol ( no surprise..i knew it was going to happen sooner or later..it was that kind of post)... of course i believed i'd finally come to rest at the bottom of the barrel where i would rot forevermore..but my assault suddenly seemed to galvanize the Powers That Be in the office.. the next week i was offered the post i'd wanted all along..my Dream Post that i have now ( and where i intend to stay until i retire in 13 years).. it's made a world of difference.. something as simple as being happy every time i get in the MiddleAgeMobile and drive the 5 minutes to work.. and now a raise after only 3 months !!..the Great Mother knew i would need one dream to come true ( work) because another dream ( relationship) was coming to an end.. i can't imagine how much worse breaking up/moving out would have been if i still had that crap post... so now i'm thinking 2013 might turn out much better than i thought..so i post 2 versions of Olivia newton John's " Magic " ( remix for the energy,original because..she's just so damm ...)..anyway.. Hello everyone, happy thursday!!

What does everybody have going on today? It's so sunny here. I stopped after work for an iced capp while I walked to the bus and I think I will enjoy an icecream sundae while I go out to the grocery store and run some errands.


I am in a much better mood today and I finally feel like I can breathe in all of the beautiful sights and sounds around me. I think the dark and cold weather had me feeling a little off, even though I was having great days. My energy is certainly visible today LOL

The promotion is going well. It's only 3-4 hours a week but I average 2-3 shaves and 3-4 cuts depending. Sometimes I get donations but mostly I've been getting bartered goods, which is better in some cases. I will have some food to put in my pack on the road that won't spoil like granola and honey.

The flea market went well for selling more things. This was all just stuff in the shed, nothing I had any attachment to.

I'm glad you were able to sell some things that weren't sentimental to you and make a little cash too, for things you need. Sounds like your plan is working out so far.
