Hello peeps

So KETO seems to be the go to lifestyle of late.

Being on cancer treatments have sent me on a roller coaster of weight loss and gain over the last 18 months.

I am a diabetic and fighting cancer and at this time winning.

I want and need to get my weight under control since I have developed Cushing syndrome because of my cancer.

I go to the doctor tomorrow to find out if I can switch to this way of eating. I am hoping to get the go ahead.

Lets make this a place to share tips, encouragement, and progress.

This is a positive thread we will not allow any bashing of any kind.

Have a great day

Yes you read that right 14 pounds since Monday. Also I havent had to take any insulin since Sunday night. My sugars are running in the normal range with a few drops into to low 60's high 50's.

We are both watching our blood sugar for any changes just to make sure that we dont go to low.

I would love for others to join us on this journey. We have learned a lot and as of yet havent felt hungry or that we are missing anything
