Lunch
This is a weird conglomerate of stuff but all together it's good
Non-fat cottage cheese a little baked Wildwood Savory tofu Canelli beans Sunflower seeds soy nuts 1 small heirloom tomato (Purple cherokee) 1 grilled zuchinni, chopped and Kraft Catalina dressing (cause that's what my grandma put on her cottage cheese.) Good protien, lo-fat, crunchy and sweet. I have had the same thing for lunch for the last 3 days. |
Breakfast
semi-home made breakfast sandwich
plain bagle slice of cheese 2 eggs "sunny side down" thick cut bacon a glass of dark chocolate almond milk YUM.. perfect for a rainy morning |
Smoothie
I am currently drinking a smoothie: almond milk (vanilla), banana, frozen organic blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries. YUM!
