I spent the last 2 weeks doing for myself. Weekend before last I took my 25 yr service award Rolex watch to place after place looking for the best price to sell it. I also sold some gold. All in all I came up with enough money to buy "My Desire" LOL

Fast forward a week I spent the day getting her title and registration

Took my camper to the lake, Thursday a week ago. I've been there the last five days and hated to come home.

It's not often I do for me, but my mid-life crisis took over.

I took a nice nap with cool air on me...

I spent some time being creative.

I bought a Fitbit Charge HR to help me stay on track.

I bought an Eagles Greatest Hits double CD

Caved in to cravings.
 

Ate a big bag of Doritoes, some Smartfood, and Kit Kat bites.

Seemed like a good idea at the time.

I gave myself permission to wonder how it is that a certain someone could not possibly know when it is Memorial Day weekend. Such a riddle, to me. But I am sure if I sleep on it long enough, it is possible that I might come up with a plausible explanation (I do love a good mystery).

I did a bit of yard work!

... ordered a book on organic living ...

i am going to try to take it easy today my body is telling me to rest....i will clean the house...and do laundry....with lots of breaks :)

mm.. Got up early got the house clean, furbabies fed and now I have been spending time indulging in good music and catching up on my writing!

Cooking up a batch of chockloate chip pecan cookies.

It wasn't intentional but...

I slept til after 7am today. I never wake up to find the sun shining...it kinda threw me off for a sec...lol

left work fifteen minutes early; i know, i'm such a rebel.

Did some walking for over an hour, much needed exercise to help with my knee.

Stopped for good coffee twice today...1st on the long drive to physical therapy when I bought a nice refillable cup, opened it and found 5 coupons for free refills. Sweet! So on my long drive home I stopped for my 2nd yummy refill. Was such a treat on a cold rainy day.

Left work early (despite still having a lot to do) to attend the Chicago Sky WNBA draft event. It wasn't much, but it got me out of the house and office for a little while. And forced me to be social with people.
