I'da much rather been sharing poached eggs and shrooms (the non psyilocibin kind ;)) on home-made soda bread toast. Another time! |
Omelette
Same as yesterday, an omelette (2 eggs, milk, cheese, red & orange peppers, olives and Christmas ham) and coffee. It hit the spot but would have even been better if I was able to make one for my girl (f) and my son, but unfortunately I am alone :( .

Yesterday I made for my son and egg and cheese on a sesame seed bagel (toasted) and for myself 2 scrambled eggs with olives and salsa. We both had OJ, his with pulp (yuck) and mine without :) also coffee for me
This morning I made us French Toast with cinnamon along with our OJ and also coffee for me. All in all was great breakfast as usual :thumbsup: |

I had some yoghurt that was listed as "best before" November 26, 2013. I've been told they've found edible yoghurt in the tombs of the Pharaohs that said Best Before 3000 BC.

Breakfast was a cup of coffee and leftover Chinese food. If I'd been more awake and less hungry, I'd have heated up the Chinese food.

Strawberry-oatmeal smoothie
1/2 cup quick cook oats (uncooked) 1 cup frozen strawberries (or other berries) 2 cups (maybe a bit more) almond milk 1 tablespoon truvia or sugar Put the uncooked oats into the blender and pulse until powdery Add 2 cups almond milk (could use other milk) Add half of the strawberries and the sweetner and blend at high speed Add remaining berries and blend until smooth...may need a bit more milk Pour into large glass and enjoy |
