I have a mundane Sunday routine:
Early morning coffee, Sunday paper, clean my car and take a hike. Football as appropriate of course... Lately though, I've had a hankering to go to.church.... As my nana would say.... I must be "feeling my death".... |
Sunday's are actually my Monday as in I go back to work tonight at 4pm.. Today I am up dogs out cats fed Coffee made and I even had so toast with jam. There is more I should be doing jus regular mundane crap but I am getting the beginning of a sinus headache and that is so not a good sign...:moonstars:

It's warm and windy here. Hi fire danger. Worked 6 days this week and I am really tired today and have no desire to do anything. Going to cook breakfast for Red and then sit and do nothing but watch TV.

Sundays are sorta my "whateva" days. I catch up on cleaning that was not accomplished through the week, and or work in my office. I usually always try and do some relaxation by watching a movie or two. Sunday nights for me is my girl time, hot oil my hair, pedi sometimes, and going through clothes to wear next week and picking out my jewelry. That way, through the week, it's already organized and all i have to do is get up and grab my stuff that is already coordinated. It's like having a stylist without having to pay for one. I enjoy Sundays. Always have. Somehow they seem like a very long day. Maybe it's because i do try to do things i really enjoy. Have a great one!!! :rrose: |

Up early, and cleaning outside and inside. . Hmmm never a day off, but not getting paid for day off. .. so it's a take my time kinda clean day. .
And Down time is thinking about my girl. . Ohhh wait. . That's all the time. |

Sunday morning was great! A good, hard workout, a hot shower, a warm and filling breakfast and some online and TV play time took me to noon and, officially, out of the morning.

Good Morning!
Typical Oklahoma weather, 70's yesterday and today. I love being able to open the windows and doors and smell the fresh air. It helps to get these nice days of weather so I can get busy and ready for our garden. Setting up the mini-indoor green house today to plant our starter seeds. Ordered non GMO seeds for this year and I am going to hopefully have a true all organic garden this year. Anyways, hope everyone has a great Sunday and an even better week ahead. Peace! |
There was nothing easy, over or under, about the start to this day. I crashed around 2am and then was startled awake by the sander at 6am and wasn't able to get back to sleep, no matter how hard I tried.

a most pleasant day...went for brunch with friends then some of them went skating on the canal while we others went to look at the ice sculpture completion.... it's a long cold winter here...we do what we can .

It's a beautiful day and 69* and cloudy with no rain yet.This morning we had scrambles eggs with cheese toast,lots of coffee to go with it.

A beautiful sunny, Slight chilly, but gorgeous day here. Warm in the sunshine! Breakfast with honey at local diner....then groceries. Now just chillin' out by pool in the sun.

I slept half the morning away so it was definitely easy peasy. I did an hour of shoveling snow and had a good, warming brunch so all in all, it's been a good day so far.

Sunday won't be as easy as usual today...
My Kasey spent all night at the hospital with a dying friend, so I will be taking our elderly friend alone to church in the rain, then hurrying home to get ready for the Oscar party we throw each year. I am really crabby this morning and wish it was all over. Today i am an ungrateful bitch, and i need to get over myself. |
yesterday and this morning we have been preparing for half an inch if ice which will most likely paralyze this area for a couple of days...i packed a bag and am staying at teddybears place as he is just down the street from my work....we are stocked up and are waiting for the ice which may or may not come and may be more or less than expected...sheesh...it seems so silly compared to what others are facing...

My morning was easy. I slept through to 10 and then putzed around and was making lunch at noon when it all hit the fan at work. Goodbye easy morning.

Much better Sunday than last week! We took our friend to church and brunch in the rain, and now we are all cuddled under blankies listening to the storm.

It was not easy but it was not difficult either.
6:32am-wake up, get ready, check the office, go to the post office 7:30am-hit the gym, then the grocery store next door to raid their produce section 9:30am-home to eat and shower 11am-got my nails done, hit up Michaels, went to Job Lot/Rite Aid/Ace Hardware (looking for the elusive ice melt) and Walmart 3.;15-home to unload, check the office and talk to my employee and relax |

That place is spectacular! Their home on the bay is owned and run by the state....15 bedrooms....wow! Have an awesome week ahead everyone!

No matter how busy our weeks, and Saturday are, we prefer to reserve Sunday for sleeping in with no alarms and just going with the flow. Only real plan today is planting and hanging up planters, and perhaps meal planning since last week we didn't follow it all too well.. :-) Now to crawl back under the covers for a while!

I woke up without an alarm, got ready for the gym, changed the clocks on the microwave and stove, went to the gym, went to the store, came back home, showered and ate and left for the theatre.

I slept in until 11:30 (new time), so I'd say my morning was pretty good. :)

Slept in forever, and ever. It felt so good to do so. Went out to grabbed a bite to eat and splurged a little by having pancakes with my meal, it was amazing! Then just ran a quick errand and home to work on our patio. Now that the bedroom is all setup and organized, and the weather is getting nice, we can focus on making the patio nice. Next up...I am thinking a BBQ!

If I could live in a place that had todays weather year around I'd be packing as we speak. Perfect is the only word to describe this day. Spring break is up on here. We decided to do a staycation this year. Lot's of things to do around the house. With the help of a friend we are building some raised garden beds this year. I have the wood for the framing, just waiting for my carpenter friend to get here to help. Looking forward to getting ready to plant. Have a great Sunday everyone and even a better week ahead.
