Going to a reunion on memorial day weekend with a bunch my old friends from church camp up in the los angeles forrest..its been way too long,,plus Randy Stonehill will be doing a concert so Im pretty excited !

Yesterday with a bit of carryover.
Camping Talk.
Picture sharing and ideas for renovations. Memories of going fishing for the first time with My maternal grandparents. I got a 10lb Northern Pike and that thing almost pulled Me from the boat. However, My Gramps insisted that I reel it in with little or no help. Even though My Gram was beating him with her purse the whole time. I landed it. One of the best memories I have of being with My Grandparents. I would like to go back to that lake this Summer and camp. That unless I hear something positive in the next couple of weeks I am going to move. This brings Me joy because I have wanted to move out of state again for awhile. I have finally learned to make decisions based on My needs and not those of My family or friends. I need to make them for Me. Listening and Understanding... and making a promise. Hearing the thunderstorm arrive and the rain beating against the windows. Knowing this is going to be a good day for sorting and repacking. Looking forward to this coming Saturday. It will be nice to get away for awhile. The sharing of words and life's stories and finding commonality. We are all alot closer than we think in some aspects of our life's history. Words with meaning, always. |
Oooo my Sunday just became *nearly* perfect...
The newest season of my favorite television show is already streamed on netflix. YAY!!!! I've done all of my chores around the house and my errands outside of the house. The dog is well walked; and it is dark and rainy! I have every justification and rationalization I require to have a bit of a netflix marathon. |

The fact that it is close to 0600 hours an I am almost off work it has been a long weekend with one shift being 19 hours long:seeingstars:... BUT I am almost off and I have a couple vacation days coming and even tho my knee is screaming I am a Happy Boi!:toypony:
