Surf and Turf was awaiting for me. There was a pretty green salad, that I wrapped up for tomorrow. All I wanted was the ribeye and grilled shrimp!

I had a chilled green salad with grilled chicken, spring greens, shredded carrots, mango, red bell pepper, raw asparagus, and Thai peanut dressing. Can't go wrong with a cool salad in this heat & humidity, although the everyday-all-day-rain has cooled things off a little.

Tonight I'm making turkey burgers with fresh guacamole, corn on the cob, ceasar salad and a quinoa rice blend.

Bbq chicken wings, corn on the cob, dinner rolls and a salad of baby greens, cukes, red bell and yellow bell pepper strips and cherry tomatoes.

smoking bacon cheddar burgers in smoker now.....complete with all the fixins'....,super slaw on the side.....baking honey crisp apples filled with butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, & nutmeg......new recipe found on my timeline.....called " bloomin' apple"....pool time later.....(grin)

I know this is going to sound TOTALLY out of character for me..
T-bone steak (medium-rare) with a sour cream/horseradish dipping sauce Cottage cheese Schweppes Ginger Ale More than likely - strawberry shortcake for dessert. |

I had mashed potatoes, beef fajita strips, green beans, fresh fruit and Greek frozen yogurt (pineapple coconut and black cherry).

Bratwurst with sauerkraut, green beans and salad, with sweet tea to drink.

Boiled some frozen pasta from the freezer. "Best by April 2014". Don't believe that bunk that you'll die if you don't make the cut off date. They found bottled pasta sauce in King Tut's tomb...still tasty.

Tonight I'm making a chicken and broccoli casserole, steamed Brussels sprouts and a Greek salad.

I tried a healthier, emphasis on the er, side of Chinese take out. I ordered, egg drop soup, steamed dumplings with an awesome ginger sauce on the side for dipping, and steamed chicken and mixed vegetables for the entree. It is all very good, and I will get a couple more meals out it. :)
