I've been craving steak for a while so tonight is a grilled sirloin steak, grilled squash, and a salad. Smells so good.

Last night I made garlic and onion turkey burgers, sauteed asparagus, corn and salad.

Tonight I'm making one of ONLY's son's faves.... TACOS! :-)

I had a subway salad and grocery bbq'd chicken in a motel room in brooks Alberta on my way to drum heller Alberta.

Last night: smashed sweet potatoes with taco meat, broccoli, cheddar and green chile on top.

Tonight: Something with leftover taco meat-- not sure what yet.

grilled lemon pepper chicken or jerk tofu with sauteed cremini mushrooms, rasta peppers & grape tomatoes, in a white wine cream sauce tossed with cavatappi pasta & green onions.

It was tasty but lacked the spice I love...
