Listening to the children playing outside..... we've had wayyyyy too much rain today, so I'm glad it stopped raining so they could play outside. Their laughter is contagious and it makes my day seem brighter.

Resting in bed, listening to the soft sounds of traffic wandering by slowly in the neighborhood, intermittent birdsong. I saw a flock of geese flying over the tree tops, a few days ago. So sweet. Not sure what kind of day it will be, but I should make some breakfast.

There is a cardinal that sits outside my window very morning who is VERY vocal, i imagine he is trying to woo a mate with song.
