how foolish I feel, how tired I am right at this very moment (I really shouldn't be ready for a nap), and the fact that I'm obsessively looking for another solution, even when I know the answer already.

The last three people I've felt angry... four years ago, I got angry with my ex husband a few times, two years ago, one of the managers at my office and I had an argument, and about two years ago again, I got incredibly frustrated at a Verizon rep who wasn't listening (and immediately apologized).

No one regularly aggravates me, though - they usually have reasons for their behavior that I can empathize with.
