lunch was a bagel with everything left over in the fridge that was slice-able.

leftover chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomato and hot sauce to make it paletable.

I sauteed garlic in butter and threw in some leftover spaghetti noodles and grated lots of parmesan cheese over it. It was yummy.

Left over chilli. It was as good if not better than last night. Yummy

I wont eat anything that is so greasy and fat-laden it requires a front-end loader to scrape the drippings off the pan. Some of the arteries here must be directly wired to an ER Room. Please be careful folks, that slop isn't worth dying for.

I haven't had lunch yet but it will probably shredded wheat cereal. At 5pm. Lol.

Collette, your post was reported. This is a fun thread to post about what you had for lunch today, not a place to make assumptions and give advice. There's a saying that goes "Don't yuck my yum" which is pretty self-explanatory. Instead of giving in to the temptation, keep it moving. However, anytime folks want to "yum" each other's "yums" that's in the spirit of this thread. Now back to the business of lunching :)
