I had an odd.breakfast this morning.
Chicken noodle soup Fruit salad Cinnamon raisin toast African nectar tea. It's just what I felt for.when I looked at the menu lol |
It's my birthday. I've been on low carb for five months or so and have lost forty pounds (still a long way to go). So this morning i had a doughnut. It was divine. No carb counting today. I haven't binged, which is good. But I also haven't counted a single carb.
