I had a banana pre-workout and pulled pork, basmati rice, asparagus spears, steamed cauliflower and a pom juice cocktail to drink post-workout.

I had an odd.breakfast this morning.

Chicken noodle soup
Fruit salad
Cinnamon raisin toast
African nectar tea.

It's just what I felt for.when I looked at the menu lol

It's my birthday. I've been on low carb for five months or so and have lost forty pounds (still a long way to go). So this morning i had a doughnut. It was divine. No carb counting today. I haven't binged, which is good. But I also haven't counted a single carb.

More of a brunch really but I micro-steamed some roasting potatoes then mixed them with a bit of yogurt butter and shredded cheese, fresh blueberries and a pom cocktail.
