*escargot: I was not fond of the somewhat slimy and very rubbery consistency, but they were prepared at a very fine French restaurant and dripping with butter and garlic...so the flavour was quite nice. But I couldn't get past the consistency.

*squid & black ink pasta: quite good actually.

*sweetbreads: I experience retroactive queasiness every time I think of it. :|
