I am going to make a big bowl of Quinoa Tabbouleh Salad today, and I will have a bowl of that served with a couple of poached eggs on top for dinner.

I fried chicken first thing this morning for dinner tonight. Made mine "naked" cuz I'm back on lowcarb (31 days now) but floured my spouse's. And probably some green beans and mac & cheese for her.:jester::jester:

4 oz. seasoned/steamed shrimp & steamed/seasoned green beans & brussel sprouts medley for me....:)

In honour of the last day of classes for first semester, I treated myself to Chinese food (delivery!):
Pork Dumplings Spicy/Salted (deep fried, oh yes!) Squid Singapore Noodles |

Tacos, guacamole, chips, and salsa. Ice tea to drink.

I had a chipotle bean burger on a whole grain bun with a smear of guac and a thick tomato slice plus Arby's baked curly fries.

I had a grilled cheese and turkey sandwich with bread and butter pickles. A cocktail to drink.
