I have an uncle (Tio) in Puerto Rico whose real name I don't know. We've always called him Chuleto (Pork chop). :)

we could have marinated mushrooms , artichokes, eggplant ( home made ) thinly sliced salami ,celery , with soft pepper jack on toasted bread , strawberries , grapes, apple slices . w/ Chads peppermint tea :)
