.5 cup of a thinned cream soup (cr. of chicken, cream of celery OR cream of mushroom)....OR a thinned really thin .5 cup of grits...:)...yumm....am on Full Liquids for 3 more weeks...BUT at least I can eat, right??!! :)

I made up a quart size batch of tomatillo salsa verde today, which will be spooned liberally on my turkey & black bean burritos here shortly. :chef:

I have been too upset today to eat. I let go of both barrels on a superior at work today. He was very aplogetic because he knew the facts existed, every freaking word was true and that he deserved it ... stepped right up on the chopping block for me and took it like a man! He made me proud! No weasel movement in the least. |
I had nachos, with ground beef, beans, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and lots of guacamole. And fresh squeezed lemonade. Oh. Em. Gee.

I had a rice krispy treat...smores flavored specifically.
I was running around doing stuff before work and totally forgot to eat after breakfast.... Except for a truly delish sundae at Kilwins around noon....so that was lunch and dinner I guess... |
Probably ham & cheese roll ups with mayo, hard boiled eggs, and pickles. I gotta get back on the low carb wagon and stay diligent!!!!! I messed up a little and cheated some but that's ok, I haven't gained back any weight. So I just have to hop back on plan and keep going.

An Atkins dinner. Beef and broccoli merlot with a small sweet potato. Lime and coconut sugar free drink. And coffee. Diet strawberry jello and sugar free cool whip for later.

I finished up the salsa and guac with whole grain chips. Not sure why I haven't wanted anything else for dinner but it was just as good as the first night.

I picked up kung Pao chicken and shrimp. Totally forgot kung Pao had peanuts....
It was good... I just find the peanuts distracting... The egg roll was skimpy per usual. I need to tell them about that... |
