Well, that's just silly. I've met plenty of flirty butches. It just takes practice and some initiative.

Today was a great second half of the day. Work ended on a positive note, I have tomorrow off, I now have a/c and I had a ball with a friend AND I got :sushi:.

Happiness abounds!

Oh Gemme I know how to flirt just fine but when there are no flirtees around what is the point? I will wait till Feb. and send out cards, "will you be my flirtee"? LOL. I can't decipher what you got in that pic but its good as long it isn't the virus in a can.

Well, now. That's not the right attitude! I flirt with everyone. I can't help it; it's like a tick that kicks in automatically. Makes life more interesting, especially when I come across someone that will give it right back and knows it's all in good clean fun. Maybe it's all my years in customer service since you can catch more flies with honey than vinegar and most people respond positively to a little bit of light teasing. I dunno. My mom used to tell me tales of when she would take me shopping with her and I'd crawl onto the conveyer belt and start singing to the cashier. Tales. As in, apparently it happened a LOT. *shrug*

I was helping an older couple in their 80s a while back and I said something and then winked at the gentleman (like 'wink, wink, nudge, nudge' kind of thing) and he said I shouldn't do that because he'll leave his wife and take me to Tahiti. She was standing right there! lol She then says that he's an old fart and wouldn't know what to do with such a young thing as me and I'd be better off going to Bora Bora with HER. It was a scream. When they see me now, they still fuss over me and who is going to get to take me on vacation. They are some of my favorite customers. I love the saucy types!

Today is going to be one giant smile for me because I have it OFF!!!! I don't have to put make up on. Shoot, I don't even have to get dressed. I fully expect to be in my pajamas all day! I do have to do some chores but I'm not on a time clock so it's a slow pace for me today, which is also smile inducing. I get to have the rest of my sushi (that picture you couldn't see, Stone) and I even weighed in a pound less than yesterday. All good things!

Looking out the kitchen window and seeing that the squirrels are back.

Remembering the bantering that I did with someone last night - or was it flirting? Hell, I do not even know anymore. I am just going to say the conversation that went back and forth made Me smile. I do not have to give the convo a damn label. (laughing).

Well what originally made Me smile this morning was waking up to a thunderstorm and the rain coming down so hard that it felt like I was sleeping near a waterfall.

However, after reading your post SB - I will now have to add these words to My smiling list: "some mysterious entity" in regards to sushi. (laughing).

Reading that the Democratic nominee for Virginia will be Terry MacAuliffe. I love how he cut right to the heart of matter concerning why he is running for Governor. Not because of T---p, but because he is going to work for The People.

Right on.

Made me so happy to see someone setting the record straight.

I got a letter from my sister today but it wasn't that that made me smile!

It was the picture of the little 6 year old "homoe" she enclosed! Except for using product and blowing my bangs back, I still have the same hairdo as then....:giggle:

omg I am smiling ear to ear moe with your same now as 6 yr old haircut. I bet you were a cutie LOL. I dont have one that young but I remember my dad would not let mom cut my hair so he went away to work for weeks at a time and I coned my mom out of $5. to go to the corner hairdresser for the first time. Now she said remember just a trim. LMAO I got in the shop and said only two words, Mia Farrow. I was soooooooooo happy to get all that long hair off.

My niece complaining to me about the Millennials—she's Generation X—and how disrespectful her nieces and nephews (my grand nieces and nephews) are to her. She and most of her sisters and brothers would never speak out of line to their family elders and it annoys her that her sisters and brothers haven't instilled the same values (for good or bad) to their children.

My smile is for her dilemma, for being lucky enough to see her growing older, and for being reminded of how kind and giving my nieces and nephews are.

Lucky me.

Small amount of sunshine in the mountains of NC this afternoon.

Likely my last camping trip with Skippy. He's 16 and he is now on more meds than me. Me 1 Skip 6. I had hoped to take some walks with him and just enjoy my time with him. He makes me smile

Saw a picture of my 2 great nieces today on FB
First day of school this year 1st grade and 4th grade. They cuties.

It doesn't take a lot to make me smile

Seeing about 8 ducks yesterday walking through the neighborhood like they own the joint.

They were in two difference groups and didn’t freak out when I went outside to check them out. They were checking me out, too.

They went on their way and so did I.

I had a dog that was 15, a corgi crossed with a long haired dash. She went blind and to watch her get around furniture was precious. They never complain about anything and love you unconditionally. Bless your little one and yes, mine made me smile just now when you mentioned yours, I remembered her.

Waking from a good dream, the details of which didn't vanish almost immediately after opening my eyes, and have come back to me in bits and pieces here and there throughout the day.
