I had a Peanut Delight Bar and a bottle of water while on my long morose early morning subway commute to work. It's become a special skill for me to read my book and handle the water and the bar all at the same time. Quote:

Foot long veggies and shredded mozarella cheese from Subway for breakfast. It is 3 minutes away from the office and if I go at 8:30 (for early morning 15 minute break), I can usually be back in 10 or 12 minutes. Works great - that is where I get my nutritious vegetables MON - FRI. ;)

This morning I ate a leftover cold steak had two slices of whole wheat toast with honey..and coffee.

today I had vanilla almond granola which I found at Trader Joes.....I had it with coconut milk since Im trying to get away from dairy and their inhumane practices....

A huge freshly shredded red potato hashbrown, two easy over eggs, and three sausage links.

1 paleo waffle (all in food processor - apple, green tipped banana, almond butter, arrowroot powder, baking soda, eggs) blend well.

I only have enough milk for a small bowl of Cheerios so...i'll be dragging a friend to IHOP :)

The same thing I eat every morning I work: high fiber maple and brown sugar oatmeal made with skim milk and with walnuts and pecans and blueberries mixed in plus a small glass of oj.

I'm feeling the siren's call of a stack of pancakes, as I neglected my annual Shrove Tuesday pancake-fix & was off the feedbag for a few days. Soo, five days late is better than never. Plus, I have some butter pecan flavored syrup I'm itching to experience.

Left over chicken enchilada ala Gringa.
Still yummy, still a chicken product, :koolaid: coffee, and now iced tea. |

I had a banana and some yogurt. The banana for potassium and the yogurt for calcium; and that's as deep as I ever get about "eating healthy".

This morning I had a pretty good breakfast. I had strapatsada which is basically olive oil and 1/2 can of diced tomatoes cooked down in the frying pan until most of the fluid is gone, then 2 beaten eggs added in and everything scrambled together. Had it with two slices of bread. Takes a bit of time to make, but it's one of my favourite breakfasts with great flavour that I like to have once in a while :D

today......
I had an orange....then I had a slice of multigrain toast with peanut butter, honey and pumpkin seeds....and yerba mate tea....and a slice of fresh pineapple..... my breakfast tends to elongate into early lunch since Im always up so early....but at least all the citrus is keeping the scurvy at bay during the long winter lol |

breakfast? It's midnight now and breakfast seems so far away. I can't remember what's in the fridge so I can't even plan breakfast but I do know there'll be coffee cause there's always coffee.
