I too had sweet strawberries for dinner...
I doubt they were a good as Miss Scarlett's....somehow hers sounded beyond the moon delicious....mine, though they are organic, are quite good but I just don't think *as* good... I did eat them with some fun, long, tooth-pick spear things we got a few weeks ago at a cool import shop (cheap)...they have little foil flags on the top...the one I used has a couple dancing on one side and the words "Song Jung"on the other side in script (they all have that written on them, the pictures differ)... using the spears made eating the strawberries more fun! :) I look forward to watermelon !! |

We were supposed to be doing Easter dinner tonight bc Rooster just got home from NY...Unfortunately,Jo could not find a ham that she liked :blink: so instead we are doing a fried/baked chicken(she can explain how that works) mashed potatoes,corn on cob,and some broccoli (for the boys)---then easter candy for dessert
turns out Rooster ate at least a half a pig while in NY so he was glad to hear we werent having ham tonight |

I spent the afternoon cooking away, something that is rare. Made a super healthy chicken soup from scratch, grilled chicken breast and a salad.
Too bad I was unable to enjoy it. It is all now resting in the garbage. That is twice that I make a meal, twice that it gets thrown in the garbage. Adios! |

Egg sandwich. Must be the night for eggs. I honestly was so hungry i almost ate shell and all. Sorta glad now i didn't. The aftermath of that wouldn't have been pretty.

I have no clue. I will be home in about an hour after getting off a flight from Chicago. We sort of had a meal on the plane, but the size of it was more like a snack.

Also had a small piece of NY style chocolate chip cheesecake I bet I put a few pounds on from what i lost over the last 4 months I've been in snack mode for a week now and it has to stop |

One cannot make faux Greek salad with turkey breast. It's just not the same without ham. But still, I ate it. |
