Crumb cake and decaf.
Pambela sent us a cake and I'm diggin' into it this morning. Pie for dinner and cake for breakfast. I don't do this often, but when I do it's guilt free. :happyjump: |
The pups are having scrambled eggs with shredded chicken.
I might have a ham, cheese, tomato, black olive omelet. |
Breakfast
I made us poached eggs on English muffins with country gravy, ham, and fresh tomatoes. Hot coco to drink.

I bought some breakfast cereal, yesterday, at a really cool co-op which sells only organic, non-gmo foods: It's called …. Qi'a. It's made of superfood sprouted grains. Black raspberries, and to drink: a cup of Italian roast decaf coffee and a small glass of 100% freshly pressed carrot juice.

I am pondering this right now. It's too late to have a big breakfast as I need to get my ham/greens/peas in for a late lunch so I'll have one whole grain blueberry waffle, a couple pieces of bacon jerky and some fresh fruit and fruit juice.

It was a repeat of my last posted breakfast and it was pretty good. Same two whole grain blueberry waffles, double toasted to yummy crispiness, a little light syrup, a couple pieces of bacon jerky, a Halo, some fresh blueberries and an oj/pom cocktail.

I promise that this is not directed at any post in particular but:
I can't help thinking: When some of you finish breakfast, do you go out and run 10 miles just to work all that off? lol |
First breakfast was "mock tuna salad" a garbanzo bean mock tuna with dill and celery in a wrap with cucumber and lettuce. Coffee and dandelion tea to go with.
Second breakfast, after a hearty workout, was an open face tempeh Ruben (minus the cheese) on gluten free bread and a V8. |

Banana, apple, pear and kiwi with some cinnamon and a little bit of local organic raw honey.

half a cup of cooked, organic Quinoa... with two tablespoons of freshly ground peanut butter (stirred in) and a bunch of fresh organic raspberries and blueberries.
a cup of herbal tea and a quart of water, on the side, to drink. |
