Breakfast
Two buttermilk waffles with wild blueberries on top and a drizzle of wild flower honey. Coffee.

One blueberry bagel with cinnamon and brown sugar cream cheese, a small banana, a big handful of giant blueberries and a big glass of oj. A tablespoon of peanut butter on the banana gave me a bump of protein.

i've been under the weather the last few days but she has been careful & kind..i had such a good breakfast this morning..
coconut yogurt 1/2 sliced banana blueberries w a (homemade) puffed grains granola (perhaps she'll share her recipe)it's good to be home..but to be honest i will miss her company...the spiders are weaving their webs..fall is coming |
After blood labs this morning, before I drove to another medical appt, i stopped by Safeway's Deli Cafe and bought a freshly made breakfast sandwich, made on boccia bread, which was primarily fresh veggies and cheese melted together, in an oven. It was delish. Very satisfying.

Decaf with cream and an Emerald Bliss smoothie later this morning.

Breakfast
Had Crispex cereal, loads of wild blueberries (were frozen) in a bowl of milk. Coffee.

I had two organic brown eggs with fake Italian sausage crumbles. I split most of the mixture and added chipotle sauce to it and put it on a flour tortilla. The remainder I had with some orange juice, some tangerine peach juice and some water. I had a handful of nuts and raisins about half an hour after that. It's Sunday, so that means only two meals for the day. I had to have enough protein to carry through dinner.

It's Seeds of Change 7 Whole Grain rice with gouda chicken sausage, French style string beans, the last of the spaghetti squash, steamed edamame and a few bits of grilled veggies. I had a few swallows of nut milk and then tangerine peach juice to drink. Not a traditional breakfast, but neither am I.

Brunch consisted of two small pieces of thin crust pepperoni pizza (my leftover cheat from yesterday), the last of the steamed edamame and oj to drink. I also popped a couple of salad tomatoes while the pizza was reheating.

decaf with cream followed by protien drink. Later this morning I'll have an Emerald Bliss smoothy.

Breakfast
Wild blueberry muffin and coffee.
Brunch: 2 egg omelette with chopped ham, 3 cheese mix, chopped tomato, side of salsa. Coffee. |
Dinner
I am making 15 bean soup with ham. This part is for Homoe. Homemade cornbread with fresh corn in a cast iron skillet. The trick is to put bacon fat in the skillet first. Yum.

Sunday Brunch ...
I am making Keto-friendly waffles (heart shaped) and Rico is 'burning' some bacon for both of us. We are also having Pineapple Mimosa's, as well.

A scoop of cottage cheese sprinkled with blueberries and raspberries.
A little veggie bowl as well with sweet grape tomatoes, orange pepper slices and a couple of chunks of coby jack cheese. I'm over the coffee for the day and on to sparkling water💧💧 |
Oatmeal with chia seeds and coconut flakes; small glass of orange-pineapple juice, water to drink and a big cup of Roiboos Tea. :)
