My joy today, so far, has been:

~ The sun shining outside

~ Getting a fountain drink from 7-11

~ Having yogurt and strawberries as breakfast

~ Posting here on the Planet :)

perfecting an indian recipe - my real curry leaf plant came back from the dead!

You should try NetFlix. I pay $9.95 a month and I can watch as many movies that I want online and get a new movie in the mail every few days.

Movie marathons are the best thing and is a good way to relax!

For myself, I got up with the sun to begin the task of sifting through my belongings, complete with bad and good flashbacks as I found this item or that object, to prepare for a sale and move.

I am nowhere near where I need to be in the end, BUT I see the progress made and I threw a bag of trash out and a bag of stuff to the recycle bin and I've got a box for Goodwill started and two boxes of stuff for the sale. It's better than I anticipated, honestly, as I tend to procrastinate, so I feel pretty darn good about how well I've done. :cheesy:

Being completly wiped out..

It was so hot and I worked so hard that I was completly soaked from the skin out..

I went into the bathroom and cut the legs of my jeans off..

My shoes even sloshed..

I was dirty, filthy and every muscle hurts from loading bales on to trucks..

All with a smile on my face and humming a tune..

Coming home to laundry done
Dinner made.. (really.. Iron Chefs Seseme garlic is so yummy!)
Paper work done..

I'm pretty dam lucky..

So do I. Since I was working 70 hours a week, I was able to watch Bones and Law & Order SVU at one time...

  • A big dog laying on his back so his lips fell off his teeth. Gotta love that smile
  • Being able to do a load of laundry at a friend's house
  • Knowing I am loved
  • Watching "Charmed"

Big Bratboy hugs as I left for work long before the rest of the world was awake.

Knowing that I am only away from home one night for work this week and that I will return tomorrow night, met at the door with dogs yappin and woofin and spinnin and buttwigglin, a happy Daddy and happy boy waiting on me.
