making chicken enchiladas... mmmmm

Gemme 08-31-2016 12:39 PM

It will likely involve turkey kielbasa, whatever it is.

easygoingfemme 08-31-2016 12:50 PM

I have some of that riced cauliflower going with shaved brussels sprouts so there's that. I think there will be some sort of brown rice and chicken to go with.

firegal 08-31-2016 01:28 PM

CherryWine 08-31-2016 05:05 PM

Salmon again...

But, this time I'm going to pan sear it and have that along with some roasted Brussels sprouts. For dessert, I have an enormous Chilton County peach that I'm going to halve, roast, stuff with goat cheese and drizzle with honey. (That's the part I'm looking most forward to!) :eating:

Jesse 08-31-2016 05:13 PM

I am not into cooking tonight, and ordered a pizza instead.

I sliced the kielbasa and cooked it with some veggies (broccoli, snap peas, water chestnuts, cauliflower, carrots) in my cast iron skillet and made some mac 'n cheese. One creamy coconut and one pineapple Outshine bar.

BullDog 08-31-2016 07:23 PM

Baked chicken thigh, black beans w/salsa, corn on the cob and iced tea.

Medusa 08-31-2016 07:26 PM

I had homemade black bean chili. It's cheap and yummy and quenches my desire for warm, filling deliciousness.
