Dinner
We are having ribeye steak salad with lots of veggies on a bed of mixed greens and vinaigrette dressing.

I took spaghetti out of the freezer this morning to de-thaw and my spouse can beat that up tonight. I'm going into the nursing home late so I doubt I take anything. I will eat something before I go.

Someone told me that Dutch cheese is awesome, so I'm thinking of going to to the nearby market to get some Gouda with some bread, bringing it back to the hotel and that's that!

We are having thick cut panko breaded pork chops, fresh green beans, roasted smashed potatoes, and yummy chocolate pudding for dessert. Delicious Texas wine to drink.

Poached salmon and spinach.

sauteed up some zucchini and summer squash with garlic, jalapeno, yellow/red/orange pepper, and cherry tomatoes from the garden. A can of black beans and red beans drained and rinsed. Seasoned with salt pepper, pepper and chili powder. Added a small handful of vegan cheddar and cooked rice. Then baked it for 20 mins (added a little veg broth to make sure it didn't dry out)....and Bam dinner is served.

I brought home a frozen roasted veggie pizza with a lovely, gorgeous cold beer...

I had sweet apple chicken sausage sautéed with mini peppers, mushrooms, broccoli and a big dollop of minced garlic and some spices plus some Bird's Eye Protein Tuscan mix folded in and little bits of this and that sweet snacks for dessert.

I am having leftover "one pot rice bowl" with raw matchstick carrots, zucchini & chunked avocado, also a small cucumber, tomato and basil salad. Fresh pineapple for dessert later on.
