I know I'm late but...
chicken breasts cut into almost through, stuffed with fresh basil leaves, fresh mozzarella, and organic tomatoes, resting on a mixture of basil pesto, parmesan and cream. Baked until done. YUMMY. served with steamed brocolli. few carbs. |

bought a few cukes and 4 ears of the last of the season corn fresh from the field. Two ears of corn were my dinner tonight, salt, pepper and butter....yum !!

yesterday, I made spanish rice and homemade hot pockets filled with refried beans, pico de gallo, and avocado
Today, I looked and realized it's time we finished up the chili. I wasn't in the mood for a bowl. So, I used the chili and ate it like a sloppy joe, because lets face it sloppy joe is pretty much the same thing...just sweeter. :sunglass: |
I actually went grocery shopping yesterday, so I'm planning on having some roasted ears of corn (just one), and grilling some chicken tenderloins on the hibachi. I might have some dark red grapes too, for dessert.

My lady made us minestrone soup with crusty bread and pineapple pudding for dessert. Ice tea to drink.

I had a juicy, lean burger with MW, thick tomato slices, pickles and baby arugula for green stuff with baked curly fries and a bunch of mandarin oranges. I'm in no danger of developing scurvy now!

Wings seasoned with magic mushroom powder, a sweet potato, a whole zucchini and a couple of carrots all roasted together on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Yummy dinner, easy cleanup!
