All the puddles of rain from last week are still drying up, but it's partly cloudy this morning, and projected to be sunny this afternoon. The high will only be 46*F, but I have got to get outside today. I will just bundle up while I sit on the porch swing. I will also try to walk up and down my driveway twice, but my joints are pretty swollen at the moment - the walking may not happen. But I will go outside!

3 solid days and nights of snow. I am sick of it. The parking lot is clear but the roads are the pits. Come on Spring.

We are finally out of the freeze but now water is the issue. My water well failed so no water for more than a week so far. I put my pioneer skills to work using the fireplace to keep us warm and snow and ice for water. I am not sure when we will have water again but at least now we have heat.

My dear friend said that it has been like camping in Colorado in winter. He nailed it. We are safe.

Sunny and a high of 66*F today. High of 70*F tomorrow! Plants are blooming all over the place.

Sunshine, 46 degrees, and light winds

It was a lovely day in the sunshine, 70*F. I sat on the porch swing, enjoying the light breeze and my wind chimes, drinking iced tea.

Suddenly, some jerkwad started up one of those high-powered blowers. It completely messed with my serene little scene. I looked up to see if I could spot which inconsiderate neighbor was blowing off his lawn at 2:00 in the afternoon. Oh! It was my yard guys, blowing the leaves out of my yard. I gave up and went back in the house. My solitude was crushed, but at least my lawn is neat and clean.

Gorgeous sun-drenched skies and wispy clouds too: 65 degrees today.

Low tonight is somewhere around the upper 30s, low 40s.

A beautiful day is projected for today - mostly sunny, high of 64*F. I'll have to take advantage of it this afternoon outside, because the rest of the week is rain and thunderstorms.

In Kingston, it's 45 degrees at present with sunshine and winds at 8 m.p.h.

After days and days of beautiful weather, it's supposed to rain for four days. I hope my basement doesn't flood.

It's 56*F, sunny, birds are singing, flowers are blooming and pollen is everywhere.

It's sunny with light winds right now in Green Acres! Temps are forecasted to reach the low to mid 70's!

It got up to at least 79 yesterday, maybe a little higher since I checked before what is typically hottest part of the day. Today it's supposed to be in the mid 80's and tomorrow a high of 89 is expected. It's not quite 9AM here yet and still a cool 52 degrees out though.

It's only a couple of weeks into the Spring season and already we have Fire Weather (parts of areas scorched by wild fires in our metro area, caught on fire again).

High: upper 80s
Low: low 50s

Next marine system is due in by Friday. Not sure how long it will last or if it will be enough rain to keep Fire weather at bay.

It's cold and snowing. Big flakes and lots of them. It's 34F and they're calling it a show shower.

Well the upside to this crummy weather report is that more than likely the Michigan Bears have returned to hibernation...:giggle:

Well it snowed here last night like it was Feb. today it is all gone but it is 35 out there right now and it will be cold tomorrow as well. Warming up on Friday they say and I hope. I need to get back to the park.

This afternoon it started to hail and became very windy. The temperature went from 66° to 39°.

I love snow showers! Most of the time they don't have any kind of accumulation. They do make the roads slick, though.

We had a couple beautiful days in the 60s and then it rained on and off today with increasing winds and a cold front from Canada is coming through and dropping the temps tonight and tomorrow and bringing even harsher winds. I know sharing is caring, but you can keep your chilly air if you want to.

After 6 days in the 70's with bright sunshine, we're back to an overcast sky and 49.

That's exactly what happened. The snow didn't stick. The flakes were crazy huge and the snow was gone soon after it started.

It's 43F. Cold with clear skies.
