this happened some time ago, but still makes me swoon....
Them driving you home after dinner, (not long after my dad's funeral) and for no apparent reason pulls off the side of the road... leaves you guessing as to what's going on (WAY out in middle of nowhere) then your door is opened and a bundle of freshly picked spring flowers are handed to you in the most endearing and affectionate manner ....
To this day, that old abandoned house with the lovely, forgotten, unattended gardens is one of my most favorite places to visit memory lane and relive that swooooning feeling .... |
When she puts a finger to my lips and says, "shhhhhh" for any reason.
When she tells me she is planning future roadtrips she wants to take with me. When she wears one of my shirts or sweaters. Anytime her mouth is at my ear whispering anything. |

When hy gets "that look" on hys face...
Hys touch...kiss...smile...cologne... The way hy fusses at me about taking care of myself... That little thing hy says to me when i'm getting ready to drive somewhere... Bedtime stories... Those sapphire eyes...omg, i get lost in them... |
When she looks deeply into my eyes and she doesn't have to say a word because I know she loves me more than anything in the whole wide word.
