My version of a breakfast bowl

Scrambled eggs with sauteed onion and bell pepper
topped with American Cheese (for roomie not me)
4 slices of maple bacon (2 for me)
3 slices of french bread toasted and buttered (none for me)

Would make great pre-prepared breakfast for someone on the go.
Or single folks that hate to cook.

I used to do all my cooking on Sunday, divy it all up and have home cooked meals for a couple of weeks. (froze half)

As a matter of fact, for a GF many years ago, I made homemade frozen dinners for her using her leftover containers from commercial frozen meals. She was in heaven!! She was a Nurse and still going to school, so this gift was priceless to her.
