I was just saying this in the chat room the other day. I am ready for some conversation other than what I had for breakfast, even though I love those short and sweet responses.

I miss the day when a coffee maker had less buttons, bells and whistles than my car radio did.

As a single person, I miss dating, true dates not this new stuff kids do these days.

Folks who don't play games, lie or cheat.

I miss the days before you needed a degree in chemistry to read a food label.

Cuddling & being in someone's arms.

My give a damn. I mean there are some things I still give a damn about, but most things are given to much importance that really are not that important. So my give a damn aint broke. Im just much more selective of what I give a damn about

I miss Doctors who gave you more than 10 minutes of their time to discuss your issues. My vet gives my dog more than that.

I also miss being young sitting in front of the tv watching Batman in my jammies and not having a care in the world except to wonder if I should have another glass of chocolate milk.
