While at breakfast this morning, I got a gingerbread muffin to take home. I was busy running around so I had half the muffin for lunch with a full pot of French press. It was just fine :)

I treated myself and my BFF (sil) to lunch today, after picking up the car.

I stopped by Trader Joe's and got two Super Green Salad Palette's (green beans, baby spinach, kale, feta crumbles, walnuts, with avocado citrus dressing) and two quarts of their Organic Carrot Tumeric Juice blends, to drink. It was simply delish!

Prawns with veggies - mushrooms, baby peas, and whatever other vegetables I find in fridge that look tasty, stir fried together and served over Jasmine rice.

I had King Ranch chicken. I have a tiny pecan pie for dessert and peach ice tea to drink.

Everything bagel with plain cream cheese.

I had an early lunch today: I sautéed an Organic Black Bean "Burger" patty and melted Chao Vegan Cheese on top of it and ate it as an open face sandwich on one small slice of Organic Sprout "Bread". Lol. That's the only slice I get this month, if I wanna be able to still rock my new Black and White Polka Dot Jersey Wrap-dress top. :rubberducky:


<<<<<~~ is having a very small garden salad with 'creamy' Balsamic dressing (which is homemade, with organic Coconut Cream, Italian Balsamic Vinegar and a smidge of Flax bran powder, plus a titch of Sea Salt and half an packet of Truvia), and topped with some cracked Walnuts and a few Sesame Everything Salad topper thingy's, tonight, for supper.

Well, I spoiled my lunch with a tiny peach pie so I just picked at the leftover King Ranch Chicken. I drank water.

It was just okay. It is all good though because I am going out for a nice dinner.

I am having leftover pot roast with potatoes, carrots, and green beans. Snapple peach ice tea to drink and a Reese's peanut butter cup for dessert.

My son's gf took me out to lunch and I had a burger dip (like a French dip only made with hamburger instead of roast beef) with American cheese, fries, a side of bacon and a side of tomato slices. I ate too much but practiced self restraint by not taking any of the left overs home. Which was extremely difficult for me to do. Not because I wouldn't have the left overs to eat, I was too stuffed to think to care about that at the moment, but because I hate wasting food. Anyhow no dessert because along with being too full I'm on a diet. Which is why on the way home we stopped to pick up milk and Little Debbie snack cakes, the Zebra kind. Later tonight I'll have sugared strawberries and milk for dinner but there's always tomorrow and I have to think about breakfast.
