Two talipa felets baked with lemon a dash of blue bonnet light and a bit of garlic,with steamed veggies,diet cran grape to drink..very small slice of french bread.

We both fell asleep really hard when I got home from work.
When we woke up, I was so hungry because I eat lunch at 11:30. So, we had delicious sandwiches at Friendly's. I had a turkey club with tasty fries and ice cream, and Pete had a tuna melt, yum. |
Because it is 1,000 degrees here, and my neighborhood smells like rotting garbage (sorry, hungry readers), I am having a blender dinner:
1 tiny scoop green powder ("Green Vibrance") 1 frozen banana 2/3 scoop whey protein isolate 1 tablespoon hemp protein 1 teaspoon Omega 3 fish oil 1 cup Odwalla Mango Tango 5 ice cubes 1 cup water Frosty and delicious. |
Home-cooked beef stir-fry with red and yellow bell peppers and onion, simmered in Panda Express' Beijing Sauce, served over rice.
Now it's just a memory...well, a memory and a few containers of leftovers in the fridge. One set of leftovers is going to work tomorrow for the kiddo's lunch*. WT * Note - The kiddo is a 25-year old man, with his own place, who happens to work at the same firm that I do, and we carpool to work together. What can I say, I'm a good Mom. |

My babe is coming down for the weekend, so I am making her dinner tonight! Chicken and Artichoke Casserole! It is really bad... it has things like french bread, cream cheese, heavy cream and parmesan cheese in it... lol. Oh well.. I am sure we will work it off tonight :-)

Yellow fin tuna, just seared in a very hot pan with a dash of olive oil, sea salt and fresh ground pepper (very very rare), and leftover asparagus scallop saffron risotto, glass of Chardonnay, small cup of espresso ice-cream.

I've had two pieces of tre leches cake thus far. I suspect there will be something with some value to it eventually.

I had the new Bourbon BBQ sandwich from Jack in the Box. It was nothing to rave about.

Well Power was out due to a bad Thunderstorm, so we went to a new Chinese Buffet with Hibachi grill, pretty good.Just got back but had to stop by Sonic and get the kid some popcorn chicken and a Fanta Cream drink and me some Ice Tea for tomorrow.
