Technically, it was steak, rice and beans and beets but I had a blueberry bagel with whipped butter, oj and turkey patties for lunch so it all evens out in the end.

I'm trying to reign in my life long love and addiction to Albacore Tuna :jester:
So, because I'm gonna go on a bike ride this afternoon, I thought I would chow down on a fuck ton of calories and make my favorite non-Tuna salad and have it on Ritz crackers. I pan sear Quorn's 'Fish' sticks, then chop them all up, add my favorite sweet pickle relish and then vegan mayo, sunflower seeds and chia seeds. I'm stuffed now. Ready to go work it off on my bike ride. |
Breakfast
I only had a coffee and English muffin with blueberry jam. If I am really hungry on morning I want to try a F*** load of something although I think it would be quite a lot. Will have to question google about it.

Cooking today. 2 egg omelette, chopped ham, green peppers, onion, asparagus, swiss cheese slices. YUM. Coffee.

Steel cut oatmeal with chopped apple, hemp seeds, coconut milk, walnuts. Food prepped yesterday so I’lll munch on this for breakfast till Thursday.

Maple and brown sugar oatmeal with chia seeds, flaxseed, bee pollen, walnuts, almonds, fresh blueberries and almond milk. Oj to drink. Basically it's my working breakfast so I'm eating it 6 days a week now.

Nice way to create a work breakfast, Gemme. I like all the high energy stuff you put into your oatmeal - especially the blueberries.
_______________. I saved back a few of the Polish Stuffed Cabbage Rolls, so I can have them for breakfast fare over the next few days. For breakfast this morning, I warmed up a cabbage roll, then cut it up and put it on top of a small bed of salad greens, and then drizzled my fav Caesar salad dressing over all of it, then topped it off with chopped walnuts and a sprinkling of Chia seeds. Got to have a hardy breakfast for all the chores I need to get done today (laundry, exercise workout, study time). |
