I confess I am happy it is Friday evening.

I confess my honey and I have no plans for the next three days and we are going to enjoy the heck out of it.

I confess the rainy weather feels like a good time to snuggle.

Kim was the closest to that.

I confess I must have jinxed myself.

I confess shortly after posting this the levy broke.

I confess at least we were able to get a full night's sleep before having to hit the road again.

I confess it isn't like we didn't know these things were coming but we are surprised that they are happening at the same time and with much less lead in than we were expecting.

I confess as always the lack of communication among the parties involved isn't helping.

I confess a meeting of said parties has been put off and put off.

I confess holidays or not, there can be no more delaying a meeting with said parties.

I confess I washed a $500+ check yesterday.

I confess it is impossible to deposit check pieces.

I confess I would retaliate but we need to travel again today to find out if my father-in-law will return to his assisted living after rehab or if he will require another level of care.

I confess dementia sucks, our hearts hurt for his confusion, and there isn't a darn thing we can do about it.
