It would have been nice if there had been a warning that this sign up was going to happen.

That is besides the point, usually we say the signups will be starting on such and such a day.
And no, to be really blunt, I don't want to start another group. I would have made sure to have been here to sign up with the people have have been doing this together for 7+ years.

Yes, if it has glaze, gloss, or resin over it and my fingers or home isn't left with any glitter at all on it-- then I love it! Just a me thing :)

I haven't talked to CCB about it yet but I was thinking-

This is ATC for Christmas l thought it would be cool to have Christmas in July. So for this swap you will make 7 ATCs that has a christmas theme on it. You will have 7 wonderful partners to make a lovely card for. The card can have whatever you want on it as long as it has something to do with christmas, like a tree, stockings, vintage claus, gingerbread, etc.

Size: The ATC must measure 2.5 x 3.5 and have a sturdy (non-flimsy) backing. NO Cards with JUST STICKERS! Use glitter, paint, stamps, embellishments, ribbon, yarn, bling bling or whatever is needed to make your ATC look it’s best.

Write your name, date, swap name (and name of your ATC) on the back of your card.

Tommi, I had thought that didn't apply in this particular case to you, because we didn't decide that rule applied to wranglers until after you had already started the project. I am interested to hear what others think.

I don't remember that conversation. Below is the rule set at the beginning of the year.

I replied a little quickly, just kind of startled that Tommi thought he was banned- and I do remember the sequence of what occurred exactly as Georgia described. I think because it's a new rule it wasn't crystal clear and we did then clarify it after the Tommi-wrangled project. Also, Tommi you asked about when people who have not followed the rule can join/wrangle projects again, and the answer is 1/1/16. I remember I made it that way, so that individuals didn't each have different dates because that is too hard to keep track of. Currently we have no one who is not allowed to participate in projects.
