I'm off and I LOVE days off during the week. I can hike wherever I please and not contend with the crowds...

Thursday! I'm off both jobs and going to take my spouse to the boardwalk if she is up to it, and grill chicken and hang out. :hangloose:

This weekend. A long over due trip. She and I for 48 hrs how great it's going to be

Next weekend. It's the start of a 2 week shut down at work. And my dad is coming up for the weekend. We have concert tickets and are planning several rounds of golf.

Next weekend. In theory, I will have the ability to get out. I found a new bar that I want to explore. It's a holiday weekend though, so odds are the nurse will call in AND I'm on call so I can't drink.

I think I just talked myself out of next weekend.

Next month. Sometime, next month.

Making my first batch of lotion on my own. Took a class yesterday and it's a lot easier than making soap. I have most of the tools (measuring cups, scale, immersion blender, oils, etc.) The batch we made yesterday was more oily than I like, but I should be able to come up something I like with some practice.

I am starting to think about the 4th of July weekend. I may man the grill for my mother or take her to lunch and shopping. My family will be all together again so I am very excited about that.

Wednesdays Dr appt, so I know what the MRI showed. This will give a clearer picture of the rest of my healing time, before I can go back to work.

Management meeting in 30 minutes. I've been working in my office all morning and need people time to recharge me. I also know that our VP has a personality profile presentation. We took tests a couple weeks ago. I can already tell you what areas everyone scored in. I'm a people watcher and analyzer. 😉 It's fun to see how the different types fit (or don't fit) in relation to teamwork.

Normally I'd say the up coming long weekend...but I've been on a long weekend for 8 weeks

No more evening meetings with Korea!

Unfortunately this is probably one of those things I will be "looking forward to" for a while.

A 3-day weekend - I know, almost everybody else is too, right? :)

But I am looking forward to a 3-day weekend of complete peace and quiet, no obligations, no doctor's appointments, no out-of-town guests to entertain, nada. Just me, by myself, mercifully alone and quiet.
