I had a little bit of this and a little bit of that: last of the loaded potato salad with some bacon jerky and honeycrisp apples with reduced fat peanut butter and flavored water to drink.

I'm just going to keep digesting the Indian-All-You-Can-Eat-Buffet I had for lunch, until tomorrow morning...lots of water might be a good idea, too.

Paleo chili. I used a new recipe that called for chopped veggies in place of beans, no other changes. It's really good.

I made lentil stew...
I sauteed mushrooms in coconut oil then added some turkey sausage..added water to the pot and put in the lentils. Added spices and onion soup mix and let it simmer. Added frozen peppers, corn and California mix. I meant to add fresh spinach but forgot. This was actually for lunch but it was awesome so it was dinner too. |
Banana pancakes, sugar free syrup and a cold glass of milk.

String cheese and a sugar free Klondike bar. High class.

My sweetheart is making ham & red beans & rice...I would love to be there to enjoy a bowl with her, but alas..have to wait a bit...:(.
I will have my leftover half of John Coctostan quesadilla from Moe's last evening..and a quarter cup of queso blanco with chips...:byebye: |

While I was grabbing water at the store I saw that they had shrimp on sale...
I sauteed them in coconut oil and butter with some Italian seasoning... A Channa masala frozen dinner with it. I'm thinking about a beer now. The shrimp hit the spot...yum |
I had a veggie mix and shredded cheese over quinoa and brown rice with garlic, although they should have said 'garlic with quinoa and brown rice'.
